Purpose: This orientation was developed to ensure that all employees and business partners in the oil and gas industry are equipped with critical safety knowledge before entering the field. It provides a clear overview of required personal protective equipment (PPE) and the common workplace hazards encountered in daily operations.
A core component of this training is the emphasis on thoughtful decision-making—embedding the principle that every individual has the authority to pause, reflect, and assess before acting. By reinforcing this mindset, the orientation promotes a culture of safety, accountability, and smart choices in every task performed.

A course on Mastering the Art of Remote Collaboration empowers teams to navigate time zones, technology, and team dynamics with intention and efficiency. Companies that invest in this kind of learning gain the tools to enhance communication, build trust across virtual spaces, and align productivity with team goals—regardless of physical location. Whether you're onboarding new team members, scaling operations, or adapting to hybrid models, these best practices ensure that remote workers don’t just participate—they thrive. This training will teach identifying factors and provide information to help managers recognize mental health decline in staff, design implementation plans to prevent mental health decline at work, and support for managers to help employees in need.

Purpose: This screencast was developed in partnership with the Bradenhead subject matter experts. The team identified a 65% failure rate among field employees in accurately and correctly recording information when completing the required testing.
The screencast outlines the specific steps necessary to enable workers to submit a True Context form, ensuring that all employees submit the form to the state of Colorado with accurate and complete information. This reduced the number of failed submissions by 75%.

Clients: Charcot Marie Tooth Disease Association
Purpose: The client found through surveys that many families felt unaware and unprepared with managing a CMT diagnosis. This video provides a light overview of the disease, management of the disease and preventive methods to slow progression, and supports available.
This received a 95% satisfaction rate when community members responded through a survey that they felt their needs were being met.

Clients: Erin Sinco, Fitness Manager
Purpose: The client found through her client conversations, questions, and a short survey that her clients were understanding the benefits of exercise but needed further information on nutrition. One option that Erin coaches is working with Macros and nutrition. I partnered with Erin to gather information and build a short, relatable course for her clients to get an initial understanding of Macros and the benefits to using Macros as a nutritional guide.
This received a 87% client satisfaction rate when her clients reviewed the information. They felt it was understandable, applicable, and informative enough to get started with.

Clients: Apex Workplace, IDOL Academy (Portfolio Project)
Purpose: Apex requested an onboarding training for new employees to allow new hires to become familiar with the opportunities provided by the company through their Wellness program. Apex is committed to ensuring employees are educated on the different supports Apex offers employees. In the past 6 months Apex has hired 20 new employees adding to their 130. Apex prioritizes the health and wellness of their employees, for they are aware that by investing in employee health they can retain more employees, increase motivation, productivity, and creativity.
Apex initiated a Wellness in the Workplace to reduce cost of spending on employee healthcare by 20% with the implementation and education their Wellness Program will provide. This will be measured biannually to track progress.
